The e-mail most likely ended up in your spam/unwanted mailbox, if you still can’t find it there you can get in touch with us.
Do we ship to your country?
We ship worldwide. If your destination country is not listed among the options during checkout please contact us and we will do our best to get a package to you.
Delivery information:
After you place an order you’ll receive a track & trace code which also indicates if the package fits through the mailbox (this is also shown at checkout).
Orders within the Netherlands are delivered by PostNL within 2-3 business days.
International orders are shipped via PostNL and local partners. Delivery times vary by country, the closer you are to the Netherlands, the faster the delivery usually is.
Returns:
Would you like to return a package? Please let us know what’s going on and if there’s anything we can do to help before you send it back. However you’re always entitled to a 14-day reflection period. More information about returns can be found in the terms and conditions.
